Refund and Returns Policy

Our Return Policy forms part of and must be agreed with our Terms & Conditions of Sale. We reserve the change of the Return Policy at any date or time.

1. In case the product is received damaged/open-

We request our customers to not receive any package if it has been opened.A mandatory video of opening the product along with the order-ID is to be sent on aakayprime@akclinics.com for further evaluation.

The refund/exchange will be initiated after the evaluation. The customer has to bear the cost of shipping the product to our address-

In case of a refund-

The product has to be self-shipped by the customer to our address. All items must be returned unused and in the original packaging as they were when received by you.

Upon receiving the product and evaluating the reason for the refund, we will initiate the original payment method within the next 3 working days.

In case of an exchange-

The product has to be self-shipped by the customer to our address, items must be returned unused and in the original packaging as they were when received by you. Upon receiving the damaged shipment, we shall ship the exchange product within 24-48 hours.

2. In case you have changed your mind-

We understand if you changed your mind. Orders once shipped can’t be canceled. We offer a 7 days return window for our customers. All items must be returned unused and in the original packaging as they were when received by you.
